Hey hey! I’m launching a new series today! I wanted to do some videos of ground movement workouts that you could just let run and follow along with. There is no movement instruction, just the workout. This is my first video using voice-over for the workout so lemme know if you like this format!
The Ground Movement Workout
This workout is a series of foundational ground movements performed in sequence. There is no equipment required. You just need enough space to move around a little. Take your time and perform the movements as best you can. I plan on expanding this series over time so that you can have a comprehensive library of videos to pull from for a little extra movement in your day!
